These are PPO-network plans, so in most cases you can keep the doctors and hospitals you already use. I'll confirm your providers before anything is decided.

No — these private plans are available year-round, so you don't have to wait for a once-a-year window.
Will my health history matter?
It can. You'll answer a few quick health questions, and your answers help determine which plans you qualify for — some plans do factor in your health history. I'll walk you through where you stand before anything's decided.
